There are no opponents, only opportunities to grow.

Some of my high school players were intimidated by the teams we scrimmaged because other teams were strong and hit the ball hard. But I challenged my players to look at it in a different way. A strong opponent is not an obstacle, but a great opportunity to improve. There is no doubt that we will encounter difficult situations throughout our day, but when we start to look at them as great opportunities to get tougher, smarter or stronger, we begin performing better.
