MESSAGE #896 CURIOSITY DIDN’T KILL THE CAT
“I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious.”
-ALBERT EINSTEIN
One of the things I like most about myself is that I am curious. I love learning.
Yesterday morning, I was sitting with my mentor, the great Dr. Rob Gilbert, founder of Success Hotline (973 743 4690), in the Nevada Diner in Bloomfield, NJ.
We were talking, shooting videos, sharing magic tricks, and NOBODY asked what we were doing.
Most people are just not curious. They are in their own little world. They just want things to be “normal.”
The biggest difference I see between good athletes and great athletes is that the great athletes are not just in their sport, they’re into their sport. They’re curious about learning more and going the extra mile.
Curious people are almost always more successful…I wonder why?
